Wellbeing Scotland are a voluntary organisation that provides a wide range of holistic services across Scotland for individuals and families whose life experiences have impacted negatively on their wellbeing. Since 1994 we have offered client centred, holistic, trauma informed therapeutic services and have specialised in abuse and trauma work.

Job Description

Data entry to case management system archiving client files Producing client paperwork forms into electronic formats Participation in a rota for provision of telephone and face to face reception duties Processing of incoming and outgoing mail Corresponding with staff in relation to paperwork/database issues Providing general administrative support in relation to migration process Dealing with queries in relation to missing paperwork for client records Amend organisational paperwork

Person Specification

A level of competence in microsoft office packages is required along with good organisation skills. A good telephone manner and effective communication skills are desireable along with an understanding of confidentiality.
