09:00 - 17:00 some weekend working
The post holder will be involved with day to day nursery tasks, covering seedling propagation and care of native trees, but also involved in seed collection from native tree through the year.
The post holder will work with members of the public and local volunteers and be part of the Coigach and Assynt Landscape Partnership Project.
Good understanding of the natural environment
Understanding of working with volunteers and community groups
Enthusiastic and able to motivate others
Driving licence would be an advantage
The post involves working in polytunnels and working out-of-doors, occasionally in rough terrain.
